People of all ages, genders, and skill levels are welcome to help OBT bring sukiyaki and Japanese chow mein to treat the taste buds of the Portland community. 

 

If you'd like to learn what goes into making these dishes and bringing this bazaar to you, if you want to create or renew friendships, or just want to help out, we have tasks happening on September 18, 25, October 4, 5 and 6.

With the 2024 Bazaar we are, after 5 years, reinitiating dine-in.  With dine-in a practice from the distant past is being resurrected.  Wait staff and dish washers will be designated for one of two shifts.  Later the list will be posted in the OBT newsletter.  And will be posted here.
